The 7th ASEM Conference on Counter-Terrorism was held in Manila, Philippines on 22-23 June 2009. The Conference was chaired by Mr. Ricardo Blancaflor, Undersecretary of the Department of Justice and Spokesperson of the Anti-Terrorism Council of the Philippines.
