Food industry associations, experts from universities, research institutes in agricultural and food industries, and enterprises gathered on 6-7 November 2014 in Changsha City, Hunan Province, China to discuss industry coordination and cooperation in the field of food safety.

Advanced technologies in food safety management from developed countries in Asia and Europe were introduced. The Seminar promoted exchanges of processing enterprises as well as cooperation in food production across Asia and Europe.
