ASEM Senior Officials met on 12-13 May 2016 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia to discuss the future of ASEM, the ASEM 20th Anniversary celebrations, and other issues related to the preparation for the 11th ASEM Summit (ASEM11), including discussions on the draft Ulaanbaatar Declaration and the Chair’s Statement. The ASEM Senior Officials’ Meeting (ASEM SOM) was attended by over 170 representatives from 53 ASEM Partners.
