The Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India has offered an intensive 1-week course on “Diplomacy and Foreign Policy – An Indian Perspective” for diplomats from ASEM Partners, from 19-25 July 2017, in New Delhi, India. The course is the 3rd edition of the successful week long courses conducted in June 2016 and March 2015.
The course was organised by the Foreign Service Institute of the Ministry of External Affairs. It aimed to enhance awareness about issues in diplomacy today and includes an introduction to various facets of India’s foreign policy.
