Overview

We are seeking proposals to transform the ASEMInfoboard.org (AIB) using existing information and content in order to attract more visitors, have them spend a longer time, and have them return.

Work Scope

• To produce an impactful data-driven storytelling on the background to the ASEM Process, its history and achievements
• To include and inspire potential Asia-Europe cooperation going forward.
• Explain how your proposed data-driven narrative would attract visitors to the website

Proposal Submission Requirements:

• Track record, if any
• Project proposal may not exceed $20,000
• A detailed breakdown of the costs associated with the services
• Project must be completed in 2023
• Timeline for project.
• Assurance that all data provided be handled with strict confidentiality and adherence to data protection guidelines.

• Ability to provide timely and effective communication with our team to understand our goals, requirements, and audience preferences.
