During the international scientific forum “Fostering Latvia-India Cooperation” held in Riga, Latvia on 28 May, Advisor to the Latvian Minister of Foreign Affairs Viktors Makarovs in the context of promoting cooperation between Europe and Asia highlighted the key role of ASEM in enhancing connectivity between the two regions.
