The 4th ASEM eCommerce conference was opened by Mike O’Brien, the UK Minister of State for Energy and eCommerce.
Taking forward the agenda established at the last eCommerce conference in Seoul in October 2003 and taking into account recent developments in eCommerce, the programme comprised of five parallel seminars.
