On 1st February 2005, the ASEM/TFAP meeting on Standards and Conformity Assessment (SCA) held its seminar on Best Regulatory Practice (BRP). The seminar was lead by Japan and all partners? initiatives. The seminar had ten presenters from seven partners and one organization
